Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).

Tour times may vary depending on aircraft and weather. Prices and tour itineraries are subject to change without notice. Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Sundance Helicopters reserves the right to upgrade for operational reasons. Guests over 275 lbs. (A-Star) or 300 lbs. (EC-130) may be charged an additional seat.
