| We had such a short 4 day visit to NY so the whole tour schedule kept us busy :) But because you can decide where to hop in and where to hop out it never came a problem. We have nothing but good to say about the tour. It's the easiest way to see important and interesting places. I can recommend this to all first time visitors in NY. And would also like to send greetings to tour guides and other tour running people! | |

| The guides were very knowledgable and the tours good. The only negative comments would be that in rainy weather the dome cover leaked and the open front made it very cold inside. Can't the fronts be closed in? | |

| We were a little cold on the bus...but that said - everything else was great! the tour guides were outstanding, and we especially thought that all the guys on the street in the yellow jackets were awesome! All were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed everything very much and would highly recommend your company. | |

| I am so glad I booked this! This is definitely the cheapest and best way to see the city in a couple of days. Loved the uptown and downtown tour and the cruise on the river was also excellent. The night bus tour was a bit of a disappointment, but the view of Manhattan from Brooklyn was amazing and made up for the rest of the tour! | |

| We had a great time! Our only complaint was misinformation regarding the Circle Cruise tour. We were given times for the 2 hour tour included in our ticket price. However, when we got to the dock we were informed these were actually times of the 3 hour tour. We were required to pay a $5.00 upgrade to leave at they time we wanted. It worked out fine, we loved the cruise but you need to get your information corrected regarding this discrepancy. Thank you, Martha Graham-Waldon | |

| I liked the fact that we could see the town while travelling in the top of the large 2-storey bus. Of the four tour guides we had, the one who is taking drama school was the best. He added some verve to the telling of the sights. One woman was odd and she had the bus which was in the worst condition. Some of the windows up top were broken. I felt the guides could have been more informative about life in New York. They seemed a bit bored, maybe even jaded. When the one man talked about is personal life (not owning a car, grocery shopping, the lack of gas stations, etc) that added a bit of spice to the talk. We took the uptown, the downtown and the night tours. We did a hop on, hop off the first time we were on the downtown and that worked fine. There was really not enough time in 48 hours to take the boat ride and I felt that would have taken more organization to get to the starting place. I would have like to take the harbour cruise. All in all, I would probably take the bus pass again and recommend it to others as it is a good way to get an overview of the city. Bev | |

| bus trip good - bus guide good. Boat trip too crowded, could not keep a seat. Could not hear the commentry, snacks - awful ! Staff in cafe not that pleasant, not even trying. | |

| A very good way to see and travel through NY. Frequency was good. Tour guides were enthousiastic, had humor and had a lot to tell. All busses we sat in had problems with the microphone/sound. They sometimes did not work and later they worked and so on. Could be better! We had a broken bus (850) and noticed that when the engine doesn't run, there is no way to open the doors. Could be dangerous when serious problems occur. *Citysights has changes their routes, just a little, but it costed us more than an hour while waiting at point 25 of the Uptown tour (Columbus Circle). By accident we found out that they turned left into 7th Ave in stead of 8th Ave. There wasn't a new folder yet, we were told.... Didn't make us happy!! | FOUND THE BUS TOURS VERY INTERESTING AND GOOD FUN. STAYED ON FOR FULL UP TOWN AND DOWN TOWN TOURS AND SAW AREAS OF NEW YORK WE MAY HAVE MISSED IF WE HAD USED THE SERVICE AS A HOP ON HOP OFF ONE. THE BOAT TRIP WAS ALSO ENJOYABLE. RAN OUT OF TIME TO DO THE BROOKLYN TOUR BECAUSE WE WANTED TO STAY ON THE DOWNTOWN LOOP. THAT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT TO OUR DAUGHTER. AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR THE MUSEUM EITHER. THE TICKET WAS GREAT VALUE BUT WE COULD HAVE DONE WITH AN EXTRA DAY TO GET THE BEST USE OF IT. WE DID THE NIGHT TOUR FIRST SO THAT ONLY GAVE US A DAY AND A HALF FOR EVERYTHING ELSE. IF WE WERE TO GO TO NEW YORK AGAIN WE WOULD START EARLY MORNING AND DO THE DOWNTOWN LOOP, MUSEUM, BROOKLY LOOP THE FIRST DAY AND THE UPTOWN LOOP AND BOAT RIDE ON THE SECOND DAY - WHO KNOWS WE MAY EVEN TRY CLOISTERS! WOULD HAVE GOT AN EXCELLENT HAD WE BE ABLE TO MAKE USE OF ALL THE PARTS AND HAD WE NOT WASTED AN HOUR ON THE SECOND DAY TRYING TO FIND THE BUS STOP ROUND THE LINCOLN CENTRE - THE ROUTE MAP WAS A LITTLE BIT MISLEADING. HOWEVER WE WOULD HAVE MISSED THE START OF THE UPTOWN TOUR WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A SHAME. SO MY ADVISE WOULD BE START EARLY, GET ON AT THE START OF THE TOUR AND PLAN THE TWO DAYS AROUND GETTING THE BEST OUT OF THE TICKET. BETTER STILL MAKE MISTAKES ON THE THE FIRST VISIT AND THEN YOU CAN GO BACK TO NEW YORK AND GET IT RIGHT SECOND TIME AROUND. | |

Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.
