At one point we had missed one of our buses and you sent a shuttle to get us caught up with the rest of our tour. We thank you and would recommend you to anybody. Anonymous, US 2007-11-29 It was an awesome trip. we got on and off with no problem.There was a little confusion about which direction one of the buses was going but over all it was a fantastic trip. I would suggest that maybe the buses could go down further to the pier so you can catch a ferry. It was a lot of walking. We had terrific guides that day! We got to see almost everything we really wanted to see by 8pm, which was when our bus was leaving to go back home. I have suggested to other folks that this is the way to go for a day in New York City. You get to see a lot and for the money you just cant beat it! If that problem would be fixed i would consider doing it again. Or otherwise, for it to have AC during the summer. Anonymous, US 2007-11-18 Most of the tour guides were excellent. We were there in Feb. and we froze on the bus during the night tour. The heaters in the buses need to be fixed. :-) On the back from the downtown tour we couldn't hear the tour guide at all.
