| We enjoyed our helicopter tour very much as we were lucky enough to have chosen the only sunny day in one week. Check-in was smooth and easy. The only little thing to be criticized is that the restrooms by the waiting room were in a quite nasty and dirty condition. | |

| fabulous! Even our photo [now proudly framed] was good. we were kept waiting outside for quite a while though. This company seemed to be the most safety concious which is always reassuring. Ben our pilot as fantastic, excellent running commentry, good sense of humour and a fab pilot! 10/10 | |

| Waiting time before take off was rather long, but the flight itself was big fun, although I expected to to fly a it more over the city, but that is probably impossible because of safety measures. Maybe you should put that on your website/advertisement. | |

| The helicopter ride and the pilot were amazing. We saw the city from every angle and the pilot pointed out all the highlights to us. However, the front desk person when we checked in was very rude and unhelpful. He could use a little refresher in customer service. | |

| A GREAT EXPERIENCE, UNFORTUNATELY THE TIME FLIES, LITERALLY, MY SON AND I THOUGHT IT TO BE THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY IN NEW YORK. IT REALLY COULD HAVE BEEN A LONGER FLIGHT BUT I AM AWARE OF COSTINGS ETC, WOULD RECOMMEND THE EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE. | |

| The best ever! We enjoyed it very much, due to the weather a bit of a bumpy ride, but still a great ride. Lasted way to short, we could have done this for the whole day. Great way to see New York! Just a hint: when it rains or it is foggy, call ahead! They do not call you to tell the trip is cancelled due to the weather, what happened on our initial planned flight. The next day, the weather was windy but beautiful, so we still had our flight. | |

| It was very very good. If I were you I´ll tell on your web, or I´ll recomend to make the reservation through internet because of the big cues. But referring to the tour, it was excellent, I felt very safe in the helicopter, and I for sure recomend it!. | |
