Have your camera ready when the tour takes a 20-minute photo stop at the Arizona Lookout Point. Some of the most amazing views of Hoover Dam are seen from this stop. The Hoover Dam is over 60 years old and contributes endless support for the surrounding areas. The Hoover Dam controls flooding of the Colorado River, helps the land around it stay moist and fertile, and provides energy for many homes and businesses within a certain vicinity.
