Prime Rib au jus
Prime Rib carved and served with au jus and
our signature honey horseradish sauce.
Praline Chicken
Boneless breast of chicken delicately marinated in
Italian seasonings, white wine, and olive oil; then
baked and topped with our southern pecan sauce.
Catfish Louisiane
Fillet of Louisiana catfish lightly broiled with Cajun seasonings
in a white wine marinade, served with a pinwheel of lemon.
Mardi Gras Pasta Alfredo
Penne pasta in a classic Alfredo sauce with Italian
cheese and julienne red and yellow peppers.
Spinach Southern Style
A casserole of spinach and artichoke hearts with a blend of
three cheeses, topped with toasted bread crumbs.
Green Beans Almandine
Fresh cut green beans lightly seasoned and
topped with roasted almonds.
Garlic Smashed Red Skin Potatoes
New Potatoes seasoned with fresh roasted garlic and "smashed"
with cream and butter leaving small cubes of potatoes within the final dish.
Sternwheeler Salad
Freshly tossed greens and Creole tomatoes, your
choice of three delicious dressings.
New Orleans Bread Pudding
Homemade bread pudding with Steamboat Sauce.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
