COVID-19 Information

Dear valued customers and friends,

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the resulting shelter-in-place in San Francisco, we are currently not operating any of our tours until at least August 15, 2020. We understand that your travel plans may have been affected and you need to rearrange your trip. While cancellations are sometimes inevitable in this situation, we kindly ask you to please consider rescheduling the service you had booked with us.

We have already adjusted our policies for this situation and can make your current ticket valid until December 31, 2021. Simply send us the new date you are considering for your visit and we will change your reservation free of charge. You are able to keep changing the date as often as you like until the end of 2021.

Alternatively you can choose to receive a gift voucher in the amount of your refund, which will be sent to you in electronic form, without any expiration date. In addition you will receive a discount code to SAVE 10% when redeeming the gift voucher for any future tours and activities on our website.

While we can only get through these difficult times with the support of our loyal customers, we hope that you are able to accept one of the above options and help us stay in business to provide you and many other people with fun and exciting experiences in San Francisco in the future.

If you do need to cancel your trip after all, please let us know. If your booking is eligible for a refund we will work with each customer individually to provide the appropriate refund accordingly. However, please note that refunds can only be processed once we resume operations some time in August.
